Nexus Faire is a new kind of fandom event for New England.

It is a place for geeks of all kinds to come together. We will have performers, workshops, vendors, food, and parties.

The mission of Nexus Faire is to bring people from all across the manifold lifestyles together. What do I mean by "manifold lifestyles?" I mean geeks, goths, pagans, streampunks, and everyone else who is comfortable outside the mainstream. There are all kinds of events for various specific groups, but Nexus Faire is an event for all people, and our mission is to build bridges amoing these communities and through these connections to make the community better for all.

Nexus Faire will take place at Ye Olde Commons, a 40 acre LARP site owned and opperated by some awesome geeky folks. Ye Olde Commons boasts a great hall, vendor building, cabins, and plenty of camping space.

The Come Again Players will be performing Rocky Horror. We will have workshops on many topics including woodland survival, rope use, role playing, and more. We'll have great dealers of all kinds. We'll also have round tables of fanish leaders to share ideas, tell stories, and maybe come up with a few new ones. We will even have a special, geeky form of Alternative Speed Dating!

Attendees under 18 must be have parental permission, either in person at registration or in writing.
